1. General Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to place orders.

  • Account Responsibility: Keep login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

  • Accuracy of Information: Ensure all provided details (e.g., shipping address) are correct. Tituna is not liable for errors.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in SAR and subject to change. Discounts apply only to full-priced items unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Mada, and bank transfers.

  • Order Confirmation: A valid email confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Contact care@tituna.com for assistance.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Currently serving Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Al-Jouf, and select cities). Check our website for updates.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free delivery for orders over SAR 200.

  • Delays: Tituna is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers.

  • Failed Deliveries: Unclaimed orders after 2 attempts will be refunded, minus shipping costs.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a refund or replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (e.g., fresh seafood) are final sale unless spoiled upon arrival.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) on Tituna’s platforms is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Tituna is not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

    • Product misuse or allergic reactions.

    • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., website downtime).

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Disputes will be resolved in Riyadh courts.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
